The CIDEON Output Management for SAP as an integrations platform organizes the company-wide management of the output of a variety of technical documents. CAD models, drawings, etc. are migrated to SAP and made available through an integrated process to logistics and materials management (for example) as well as to internal and external production using CIDEON Output Management. For a wide variety of SAP logistics processes a seamless integration is implemented in SAP processes. It is possible to output the data flexibly on all sorts of printers, plotters as well as reprography devices. In addition it is possible to electronically distribute the data via the email system, cFolders, fax, Web sites, CD/DVD or simply as a file.
The output data can also be stamped with SAP metadata and labeled with watermarks, logos and barcodes. The management of outputs in the desired medias is conducted using the CIDEON Output Control Center within SAP.
The CIDEON Output Management for SAP supports various modular phases of the SAP logistics processes, in order to output a variety of data in combination with engineering data. To the right are the details of the extensive possibilities.
