SAP PLM SolidEdge Integration
July 1, 2010:Patch for SAP PLM SolidEdge Integration now available
Patch 5.1.4.0 for the SAP PLM SolidEdge Integration provides a variety of improvements:
· Alternative, multi-level ballooning of drawings is now possible.
· CIDEON Fast Property Update has been developed to allow an enhanced, faster and more easily configured mapping of document data and material data from Solid Edge into SAP and vice versa.
· The interface offers technically improved language support .i.e. Portuguese language files are delivered with the InstallShield.
· The patch offers a high level of stability when working with the CAD Desktop, as well as improved performance when working in Edge Bar, SAP Task pane or when switching to the CAD Desktop working directory.
· SAP Search dialog can now be used when copying parts or changing the function source, in order to load documents directly from SAP.
