General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Customers
The General Terms and Conditions—hereinafter referred to as “GTC”—apply to all current and future business relationships, as well as to all contracts concluded between cideon engineering and the client or customer.
The Client’s General Terms and Conditions are expressly rejected. Any deviating, conflicting, or supplementary general terms and conditions shall not become part of this contract—even if cideon engineering is aware of them—unless cideon engineering has expressly agreed to their validity in writing. In the event that the Client does not wish to accept the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the Client must declare this to cideon engineering in writing prior to, or at the latest upon, the conclusion of the contract.

We place orders or award contracts exclusively in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Order, hereinafter referred to as “GTPO.” Any deviating commitments or General Terms and Conditions of the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) shall apply only if they have been expressly brought to the attention of cideon engineering in writing in advance and cideon engineering has expressly agreed to them. If the Contractor has accepted an order for services—which cideon engineering had previously commissioned with reference to these GTP—by referring to its own terms and conditions of purchase or other terms and conditions, and the Contractor now performs the services, this shall be deemed to constitute the Contractor’s conclusive consent to the inclusion and exclusive applicability of cideon engineering’s General Terms and Conditions.
